Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between VrittIQ Ltd (UK) ("VrittOS", "we") and the organisation or person creating an account ("you"). By using vrittos.ai or app.vrittos.ai you accept them.

2. The service

VrittOS is an AI-assisted software delivery platform: it generates requirements documents, designs, backlogs, code (delivered as pull requests to repositories you connect), tests, and release documentation, subject to your approvals. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing anything the platform produces before you rely on it or ship it.

3. Your content and generated output

  • You retain all rights to content you submit.
  • To the extent we hold any rights in output generated for you (documents, stories, code), we assign them to you on creation. Your code lives in your repositories.
  • You are responsible for ensuring content you submit doesn't infringe others' rights.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

  • Paid plans bill monthly in GBP via Stripe. Prices are shown at purchase; we'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
  • AI work is metered in credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over; purchased top-up credits persist.
  • New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, the workspace pauses — nothing is charged.
  • You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use VrittOS to build or operate anything unlawful or harmful, attempt to breach the service's security or other tenants' isolation, resell the service without agreement, or abuse metered resources. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or others at risk.

6. Integrations

Connecting GitHub, Jira, or other services authorises us to act on them on your behalf within the scopes granted. Those services have their own terms; you're responsible for your compliance with them.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee at this stage. We provide support by email and respond as quickly as we can.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or data loss to the extent caused by factors outside our control. AI-generated output is provided without warranty — review before use.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email 30 days ahead.
